Dr. Stefanie Henson
Dr. Stefanie Henson, a proud native of the vibrant metro Atlanta area, embarked on her remarkable journey as a dedicated veterinarian. Graduating from the esteemed University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2004, Dr. Henson made it her mission to enhance the well-being of our beloved four-legged companions.
As a passionate practitioner of small animal medicine in Cobb County, Dr. Henson extends her expertise to nurture enduring relationships with both patients and their devoted owners. Her unwavering commitment to education underscores the significance of preventive care, ensuring the health and happiness of pets.
Dr. Henson's heart is particularly drawn to the profound bond between humans and their furry friends, leading her to provide compassionate end-of-life care. Her empathetic approach helps families through the difficult moments, ensuring a dignified farewell for their cherished companions.
Beyond her noble profession, Dr. Henson finds joy in quality time with her loving husband and two daughters. An avid reader and green-thumb gardener, she finds solace and inspiration in these pursuits. The Henson family shares their abode with their loyal dog, MacIntosh, their enchanting cat, Storm, and their adorable bunny, Figlet. Together, they create a haven of love, care, and warm-heartedness, mirroring Dr. Henson's devotion to her profession and her cherished family.
Dr. Lauren Saroli
Dr. Saroli grew up on Long Island, NY, and has spent time around the world in Honduras, Australia, South East Asia, and the Caribbean for schooling, as well as traveling as her favorite hobby. She received her BS in Zoology with a minor in Chemistry in New York. After a gap year in Australia she continued to Veterinary School in St. Kitts & Nevis, where she graduated with honors from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and spent her clinical year at the University of Illinois.
Dr. Saroli first completed an externship with Express Vets and fell in love with the company, exceptional doctors, staff, and clientele. She has a passion for preventative medicine and her favorite part of being a veterinarian has been building relationships with her clients and patients.
When Dr. Saroli is not working, you can usually find her spending time with her family/friends, enjoying music, or hanging out with her adorable pup, Roo.
Meet Our Dedicated Team
Danielle
Danielle was born in Calgary, Alberta, but she was raised in Woodstock, Georgia. Her deep love for animals of all kinds has been a constant in her life. She pursued a major in Wildlife Sciences at the University of Georgia. Before transitioning to the medical side of animal welfare, Danielle worked in the animal shelter field for a few years. In January 2022, she rescued her feline companion, Mimosa, and they have been enjoying life together ever since. When she's not at work, you can often find her hiking in the great outdoors, searching for critters, or lounging by the pool with her favorite book. Danielle aspires to further her education in the animal medical field by gaining hands-on experience at Express Vets, with the ultimate goal of leaving work each day, knowing she has made a positive impact on the people in her community and their beloved pets.
Rachel
Rachel relocated to the greater Atlanta area with her husband after their marriage in 2019. Initially, she pursued a career in the legal field, but with the unwavering support of her husband, she decided to pivot into the world of animal care. Rachel's first step was a year spent in boarding and training, where the experience of administering medications to pets under her care ignited her passion for the veterinary field.In October 2022, Rachel joined Express Vets, where she has found immense fulfillment in her work, a supportive community among her coworkers, and a nurturing environment. Concurrently, she is pursuing her Veterinary Technician Associate's Degree at Penn Foster College and eagerly anticipates her graduation. Outside of her professional pursuits, Rachel finds joy in quality time spent playing video games with her husband, delving into the pages of a good book, and cherishing moments with her three beloved dogs, who hold a special place in her heart.
